Free Shipping & Rates

  • FREE Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $99 to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Flat-rate $9.95 shipping applies to orders under $99 to offset partial shipping and packaging costs.

Extended Delivery Areas

  • For remote or "very rural" locations far from UPS/FedEx hubs, an Extended Delivery Area freight charge may apply.
  • We'll notify you via email before shipping—you may cancel or accept the fee.

Sales Tax

  • No sales tax (except for California customers).

Processing & Transit Times

  • Most orders ship same/next day from San Diego, CA.
  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Carrier-calculated rates + handling fee at checkout.
  • International Orders: Carrier-calculated rates + handling fee. Transit time: 10-15 business days.
    Note: International orders are final sale—no returns or warranties. Customers are responsible for all import fees, tariffs, and taxes.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to:

  • Items shipping from different warehouses (e.g., spa parts vs. chemicals).
  • Large/bulky items (e.g., hot tub covers) shipped separately.
  • Different carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight).

Freight Deliveries (Hot Tub Covers & Spas)

  • Hot Tub Covers: Custom-made; allow 4-6 weeks for production + shipping.
  • Hot Tubs: Built-to-order; allow 4-6 weeks for production + freight shipping.

Delivery Process:

  • Curbside delivery only.
  • Freight company will contact you to schedule.
  • Inspection required at delivery—refusing inspection voids liability for damage.

Returns & Warranty

Easy Returns & Exact Fit Guarantee

  • Most items can be returned for a full refund (exclusions apply).
  • Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping (with RMA).
  • Non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping; handling fees non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA via email (info@SpaStore.com) or phone (858-210-8062).
  2. Ship returns within 10 days of RMA issuance.
  3. Items must be unused, in original condition.

Return Conditions

1)  All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2   We must receive your return within 30 days of purchase.
3)  Merchandise must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.
4)  All spa repair parts, spa steps and spa cover lifter returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee to help cover shipping, packaging & restocking costs, which we will deduct from any credit refunded.  Handling and shipping charges are not refundable.
5)   Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective products only, and only with an RMA.
6)   The following are Non-Returnable items due to the nature of the products. These items can NOT be returned for refunded: Portable spa/hot tub units, Spa covers, filter cartridges that is used or has been wet, spa equipment packs, heaters and any electrical items (such as circuit boards, spa control panels, contactors, switches, sensors, speakers, transformers, pumps and motors). Manufacturer's warranty still applies and can be returned for warranty only. Maximum manufacturer's warranty on electronics is 3 months.

Order Management

Cancellations

  • Cancel before shipment by emailing/calling us.
  • Shipped orders: Standard return policy applies; refused deliveries incur return fees.

Backorders

  • Orders <$298: Held until all items are in stock.
  • Orders ≥$299: Shipped in 1–2 partial shipments at no extra cost.

Tracking & Delivery Control

  • Tracking info emailed within 1-2 business days of shipment.
