INITIAL START-UP Instructions

Priming Mode:

• Entry: When the spa is energized, it will automatically enter Priming Mode (PR).
• Procedure: During Priming Mode, repeatedly press the "Jets" button to remove any air from the pump.
• Duration: Priming Mode typically lasts less than 5 minutes.
• Exit: To exit Priming Mode, press either "Warm" or "Cool."
• Subsequent Mode: After Priming Mode, the spa will automatically switch to Standard Mode (see Mode section).

Temperature Control:

• Temperature Display: The last measured water temperature is constantly displayed. The displayed temperature is accurate only when the pump has been running for at least 1 minute.
• Set Temperature: To view the set temperature, press "Temp" once.
• Adjusting Set Temperature: To increase or decrease the set temperature, press and hold the "Temp" button. The temperature will adjust incrementally. Release the button when you reach your desired temperature. The display will stop flashing to confirm the new setting.

Pump Operation:

• On/Off: Press "Pump" to turn the pump on or off.
• Speed: Press "Pump" again to switch between low and high speeds (if equipped).
• Automatic Shutdown: If left running, the pump will automatically turn off after a preset length of time.
• Low Speed: Low speed may run automatically during filtration cycles and cannot be deactivated from the panel. However, you can still control the high speed setting.
• Ozone Generator: The ozone generator (if installed) will activate anytime low speed is running.

AUX (PUMP 2):

• On/Off: Press "Aux" to turn the additional pump or blower on or off.
• High Speed: If your additional device is a dual speed pump, press "Aux" again to activate high speed.

Light:

• On/Off: Press "Light" to turn the spa light on or off. The light will automatically turn off after 4 hours.
• Color Modes: If your hot tub has multicolor lighting, press "Light" consecutively to cycle through different color modes.

Mode:

• Change Mode: Press "Temp" then "Light" to change the mode. Continue pressing "Temp" then "Light" to cycle through available modes.
• Standard Mode: Maintains the set temperature. "St" will be displayed momentarily when in Standard Mode.
• Economy Mode: Heats the spa to the set temperature only during filter cycles. "Ec" will display when the water temperature is not current, and will alternate with the water temperature when the pump is running.
• Sleep Mode: Heats the spa to within 20°F/10°C of the set temperature only during filter cycles. "SL" will display when the water temperature is not current, and will alternate with the water temperature when the pump is running.

Preset Filter Cycles:

• Start: The first preset filter cycle begins 6 minutes after the spa is energized. The second preset filter cycle begins 12 hours later.
• Duration: Filter duration is programmable for 2, 4, 6, 8 hours, or C for Continuous (all day). The default filter time is 2 hours.
• Programming: To program, press "Temp" then "Pump". Press "Temp" to adjust the duration. Press "Pump" to exit programming.
